How to Loose the Post-Partum “Pooch” for Good Class

I am teaching a class on strengthening your abdominal muscles to help you heal a Diastasis recti, a separation of the 6 pack muscles, and loose your pregnancy “pooch” for good. Come learn how simple things we do throughout the day can be making the diastasis worse and how to do things to help bring those separated rectus abdominus muscles back together again. Learn how to correctly contract and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Crunches are the worse exercises you could be doing to strengthen your belly, especially after having had a baby.
